What are the delivery & installation options?
Please notify us your preference when requesting a quote for the following options:
- On-site Delivery: On-site Delivery options are available for the Greater New Orleans area.
- On-site Delivery + Installation for Events: Included at no additional charge when paired with Boogie Booth’s photo or video experiences for the same event. If Boogie Booth is not providing an on-site photo or video experience, the sign can be shipped or delivered directly to the client and installation will be handled by the client or their team.
- Direct Shipping: Signs are shipped approximately 3 weeks after full payment is received. Rush orders with timelines under 3 weeks are subject to availability and additional fees.
How do I book my package?
- Step 1) Visit the Custom LED page on our website to customize your own design and request a quote. Please provide as many details as possible for the quickest response and best recommendations.
- Step 2) Check your email – you will receive a quote link from our sales team (within 1 business day)
- Step 3) Order online through your quote link – you will be instructed for accepting the quote, accessing and signing the contract electronically, followed by access to the invoice page.
